Return and Refund policy

If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit or in some other way have not reached you in a satisfactory condition, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement of the returned goods. 

If for some other reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, undamaged, unopened and unused, for a refund. Returned items must have no signs of wear or use. Once the product is received and checked we will refund you the purchase price less any delivery or collection charges incurred by us. If requested we are happy to produce proof of the transport charges we have incurred. Returned products that in the opinion of Fireblade appear to be used or damaged by the customer will NOT be accepted for return, exchange or refund. No refunds will be given for the shipping costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note that rubbers, balls and nets cannot be returned if opened.

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in contact with Fireblade via email at info@myfireblade.com and attach proof of purchase. Once we review your request, we will authorise the return and will provide you with a return address via email. You must initiate the return process within 14 days upon delivery of your order.

Returned goods must be shipped with freight prepaid via courier of your choice (or a Two Man and Van company for tables). We would advise you to return your items to us using a 'signed for' service. 

*Please Note: YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM TO ENSURE CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS AND AUTHORISATION CODE.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund as long as the goods have not yet been dispatched. In the case of table tennis tables, we require at least 3 working day's notice prior to the date the delivery was due to arrive.
