Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days (excluding tables, see 'Table shipments' section below). Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Non-table order shipping 

All orders to be delivered within the United Kingdom, excluding tables, are always sent via high service couriers (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes Corporate).

Standard Delivery (2-4 business days)

  • Free shipping for orders more than £45
  • Rest of the orders £4.50

Next Day Delivery

  • £8
  • Available before 12pm, Monday–Thursday

Additional Information

  • Please note, standard delivery may take longer for remote locations.

Table shipping 

All table orders are delivered for free. We offer White Glove Service for all our tables and we deliver only within the UK (see exclusions in the 'Additional information' section below). This service includes:

  • Date of choice: you will be contacted to arrange the delivery date at your preference
  • Delivery time notification via SMS/email
  • Pre-delivery call and live online tracking
  • Delivery to room of choice (if an elevator is unavailable, we will only deliver ground floor)

Additional shipping services

The following services are available for an additional fee per request, which will be quoted quote separately.
  • Table assembly - £120
  • Packaging removal - £25

Please notify us should you require any of the above services. 

Additional information

  • Fireblade does not deliver tables to all areas. The following areas are ineligible for delivery: Highlands, Northern Ireland Falkland Islands, Channel Islands, Gibraltar and Isle of Wight.
  • Should you need to make changes for any reason once the table has been shipped, additional charges may apply.
  • Should you fail to comply with the arranged delivery time, you will be responsible for any additional charges for redelivery and/or storage fees established by the freight company.
  • Once the table is removed from the truck, and while the driver is still present, please make sure to inspect the table for any damage. Table damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery at the time of delivery to ensure proper credit. Should the driver not allow you to make this notation please refuse the shipment and contact Fireblade.
