If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
No refunds will be given for the shipping costs and restocking fees of 10% of the order value will apply to table returns.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no signs of wear or use. Please note that discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that rubbers, balls and nets cannot be returned if opened.
To initiate a return or exchange, please get in contact with Fireblade via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach proof of purchase. Once we review your request, we will authorise the return and will provide you with a return address via email. You must initiate the return process within 30 days upon delivery of your order.
Returned goods must be shipped with freight prepaid via courier of your choice (or a Two Man and Van company for tables).
No refunds will be given for the shipping costs.
Returned products that in the opinion of Fireblade appear to be used or damaged by the customer will NOT be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
Defective products: In case of factory defective goods, please contact us via email at email@example.com at your earliest convenience but within the warranty period described in the Warranty section above (i.e. 1 year for tables and 30 days for any other products), and reference your order/shipment number. All products with shipping or factory damage will be replaced or refunded by Fireblade. More information may be required depending on date and products ordered.
If the damaged product is asked to be returned by Fireblade, any shipping costs paid by you will refunded by Fireblade.
All products have a 30 day warranty against factory defective merchandise with the exception of tables, which have a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, or customer inflicted damage to products. Any products that are requested to be assembled, such as blades and rubbers, are taken as is, unless damage occurs due to shipping. All used products are taken as is.
Beyond the warranty, certain parts are available for sale from Fireblade for tables. Should you need any spare parts, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to check parts availability, shipping times and price.
